great day trips if you live in the Philadelphia/New York area of the
United States.
The
Victorian village of Jim Thorpe: features beautiful
scenery, quaint shops, great food, rich history, entertainment and
phenomenal architecture.
Lost
River Canyons has five cavern chambers containing
stalacites and stalagmites, as well as the fascinating Lost River.
The caverns are located in Hellertown, PA.
Crystal Cave
is located in Kutztown, PA which is in the heart of Pennsylavania Dutch
Country. You will find
in its five chambers, fabulous milky white stalactites,
stalagmites, pillars and dropstone formations. In
addition, crystals, which give the cave its name, line the
walls.
Camelbeach
Waterpark: If you love skiing at
Camelback in the winter you will love Camelbeach in the summer. A
great getaway for the entire family. You will find that there is
something at this water park for everyone.

Guitar Factory:
This tour is rated among America's best factory tours, and if you visit
you can actually see how guitars are constructed.

of Nazareth, Pennsylvania.

open to the public through pre-arranged tours.

Houdini Tour and Magic Show:
This is a museum located in Scranton, Pennsylvania and it is devoted to
Harry Houdini.

world.

Crayola Factory: This unique family discovery
center is located in downtown Easton, Pa. It provides children
with both educational and creative experiences.

Bushkill Falls: Often
referred to as the "Niagara of Pennsylvania," this series of eight
waterfalls is one of the state's most scenic attractions.
