Rock + Roll Hall of Fame and Museum

Rock and Roll Country Music

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a state of the art museum dedicated to exploring the past, present and future of the music and the cultural context from which it emerges. This museum is located in downtown Cleveland, Ohio.

It is a terrific museum to visit with the music lovers in your home.  You will have the ability to view rock and roll music from it origins to modern times. To capture the ever-evolving spirit of rock and roll, the exhibits are changed frequently and some items are displayed on a temporary basis.

The Museum augments its own collection of thousands of artifacts with items on loan from artists and collectors from around the world.  In addition museum exhibits include film, video, interactive kiosks and, of course, music.  The permanent collection of memorabilia in this museum spans a century and includes items from early blues shouters to the most current teen idols.  Exhibits tastefully display musical instruments, scores, handwritten lyrics, recordings, and equipment.  You will see stage clothes, stage props, and childhood memorabilia such as tap shoes, report cards and varsity letters.

Depending on how big a music fan you are a basic visit can take as little as two hours or you can spend an entire day inside the museum.

Recording artists, actors, athletes and other celebrities stop by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum all the time so be on the look-out for a celebrity sighting.
