Big City Excitement

Las Vegas is
internationally renowned as a resort city for gambling, shopping, fine
dining, and entertainment. Many think that it is an "Adult" vacation and
are surprise to find that there are plenty of family things to do in Las
Vegas. You have to start by taking a stroll down the world-famous
strip, known as Las Vegas Boulevard. You will find that there are
many things to see: the Volcano at the Mirage, the famous Fountains of
Bellagio, the birds at the Tropicana, the lions at MGM, the fish tank at
Mandalay Bay, Live "statues" in Caesars Palace,
light-and-laser show on Fremont Street, pirate battle at Treasure
Island, the White Tigers and Dophin Habitat in the Mirage. You
family will also enjoy roller coaster and gondola rides, and
architectural recreations of Paris, Venice and ancient Egypt. In
addition, you will find extravagant shows, and world-class circus
performances. Along with visiting the glitzy attractions, consider
discovering some cultural offerings such as the famous Hoover Dam, the
Mormon Fort, Clark County Museum, rodeos, and recreations of posse
shootouts.

This unique city has
everything from world-class restaurants, beautiful beaches, and
million-dollar homes, to wonderful museums, the glitzy Sunset Boulevard,
Rodeo Drive and the occasional movie star. The sights of Los
Angeles are spread throughout multiple counties including: Santa
Monica and the beach communities, L.A.'s Westside and Beverly Hills,
Hollywood and West Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, and the San Fernando
Valley.
For movie lovers, you
must see Hollywood, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theatre, the
Hollywood sign and the Griffith Park Observatory. In addition,
Warner Brothers, Paramount, Universal as well as the NBC and CBS
television networks all offer tours. The adventurous type will find four
large amusement or theme parks in the Los Angeles area:
Disneyland,
Universal Studios, Six Flags Magic Mountain and Knott's Berry Farm.
LA is also home to world-renowned cultural institutions
including the Museum of Contemporary Art, the LA Philharmonic and the
Getty Museum. In addition, tourists can visit the to Los Angeles
Zoo or Rancho La Brea, which is one of the world’s most famous fossil
localities, recognized for having the largest and most diverse
assemblage of extinct Ice Age plants and animals in the world.
Beach Lovers will find wonderful spots along the Pacific coast in Santa
Monica, Venice Beach, and Marina Del Rey, Malibu, and Long Beach.
Los Angeles, as you can see, is a city that will be enjoyed by
people of all ages.

San Diego is a
destination custom-made for families and well known for its temperate
climate. You will find great galleries, fine restaurants, terrific
museums, and wonderful beaches. Visitor's will love Legoland where
you can enjoy over fifty rides, shows and special events. Old Town
San Diego and State Historic Park is great to see and will take visitors

This wonderful city with its awesome bay views is also filled with tempting
boutiques, awesome restaurants, great galleries, interesting museums as well as the
San Francisco Symphony, Opera or Ballet. In addition you can take
day trips to one of the surrounding areas which include Napa Valley,
Sonoma, Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel, or Yosemite National Park
  
The beautiful natural
setting of Seattle, surrounded by the waters of Lake Washington and
Puget Sound as well as snowcapped mountains, make it a wonderful place
to visit. Seattle offers
visitors beautiful gardens, numerous parks, many museums, unique
restaurants as well as the Seattle Symphony, Opera and Pacific Northwest
Ballet. The city’s waterfront with the Seattle Aquarium and
Odyssey Maritime Discovery Center, waterside cafes, unique stores and
relaxing environment make it fun for all. You can't visit Seattle
without checking out the view from the world-famous Space Needle.
Seattle's Pike Place Market is the best farmers' market you will find.
It has more than 200 businesses, craftspeople, farmer booths as well as
street performers and musicians.
A day trip away from this great city
will take you whale watching, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking,
rock climbing, and skiing.
