Wrestling shoe fit... A new, good-quality wrestling shoe will normally last a year or two depending on how much your child wrestles and also how quickly they grow. Each wrestler likes to have his or her shoes fit differently, but it is a good rule of thumb to add a half size to a full size to your normal shoe size. Remember that your children should have some room to grow so a thumb width at the toe is a good rule to follow.
